Visit Us

The Museum of Barnstaple and North Devon tells the stories of the people and landscapes of North Devon.  Our collections include everything from our most ancient rocks to contemporary artworks.

Admission to the museum is free.

Visitors can also book tickets by following the link or ringing the museum on 01271 346747. Walk-ins are available but strongly advises visitors to pre-book as you may be asked to wait or return at a later time slot.

Getting Here

The Museum is situated at the end of the historic Long Bridge in Barnstaple. The sole building on the square the museum is well situated for easy access by car, bicycle and public transport.
